How it works

A good conversation starts with a reason to meet. Tell Naidoo what you’re looking for, choose when to turn on Radar and decide whether to take the next step.

From a profile to a first conversation

  1. Create your account

Register with your email address and phone number, verify both and confirm your date of birth. Naidoo is for adults aged 18 and over. Each consent is explained separately.

  2. Build your intent profile

With access through a subscription or an eligible trial, talk to the AI assistant about who you are and who you’d like to meet. Review the details it adds to your profile. Private preferences are encrypted and never shared with other users.

  3. Turn on Radar

Radar looks for people nearby whose profiles fit yours. You start it yourself and can stop at any time. The app asks you to reconfirm periodically; without confirmation, the session ends.

  4. Consider an offer

When the fit works both ways, you each receive an offer. It shows which of your profiles matched and a simple fit label: possible, good or strong. The other person’s name, photo and location stay hidden.

  5. Both accept, then chat

When you both accept, you see each other’s name and photo, and chat opens. If you decline, the other person isn’t told who declined. You can also let the offer expire.

Boundaries built into every step

These privacy rules apply whenever you use Naidoo.

Your location stays hidden from other users

Naidoo uses proximity to find people you could meet. Other users never receive your position, distance or direction.

No movement history

We don’t store a trail of your movements. Coarse session and presence data is kept for no more than seven days.

No profiles to browse

You receive offers based on a fit that works both ways. There’s no feed or directory of people nearby.

Your private preferences stay private

Your private preferences are stored encrypted and never shared with other users, including after you both accept.
