1. About this website
These terms apply to the public Naidoo website at naidoo.app, operated by Petite Tap s.r.o., Company ID 25332741, registered at Stochovská 686/68, 161 00 Praha 6 - Ruzyně, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 205218. Contact: support@naidoo.app.
The website introduces Naidoo and lets you contact us by email. Browsing is free. You cannot create an app account, buy a subscription, book an event or order a paid pilot on this website. App use and any paid partner engagement require their own terms before you agree to them.
2. Product information and availability
Naidoo is being developed for iPhone users aged 18 or over. Product descriptions explain the intended experience. Illustrations and demonstrations do not show live participants or establish that a feature is available to download.
Release dates, countries, subscription offers and pilot feasibility are confirmed separately. Sending an initial enquiry does not reserve access or by itself confirm an event, venue session or delivery date. Any pilot needs an expressly agreed scope and the necessary product, privacy and contractual arrangements.
Subscription prices, billing periods, trial eligibility and renewal conditions will be shown in the App Store before purchase. No payment is collected on this website.
3. Contacting us
Use support@naidoo.app for general questions and pilot enquiries, and privacy@naidoo.app for personal-data requests. Email links open your own email application. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Share only what is needed to answer your question. Do not send passwords, verification codes, guest lists or sensitive information about other people. Business enquiries should describe the organisation, proposed place, timing, approximate adult iPhone audience and intended outcome.
4. Responsible use
You may read, link to and share this website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person or use our contact addresses to send unlawful or abusive material.
Text, visual identity, photographs and other website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Reading and ordinary sharing do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reuse the Naidoo identity commercially. Contact us about other uses. Rights and exceptions provided by law remain available.
5. External services
Links to the Commercial Register, the data-protection authority or other external services take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy information apply. Your email provider handles messages you choose to send through it.
6. Information, availability and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available and correct errors brought to our attention. Information may change as development progresses, and maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. Contact support@naidoo.app if you find an error or cannot access information you need.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or removes rights relating to personal data. The website does not replace the information or agreements supplied when a service becomes available.
7. Applicable law and questions
Czech law applies to these website terms. If mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence apply, those protections remain unaffected. These terms do not require you to bring a claim in a court that would deny you a mandatory right to a local forum.
Please send questions or complaints about this website to support@naidoo.app. Privacy complaints and the right to contact a supervisory authority are explained in the Website Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
The date and version at the top identify this website text. We will publish changes here with a new date and version. A website update does not replace or record acceptance of any app or partner agreement.
